Year of the Asian Reading Challenge TRACKER // a year long challenge of supporting Asian authors 🌠

Hello from my side of the world!

One of my reading goals for 2019 is to read more diverse books and support POC authors. So, I got really happy when I saw the #YARC2019 on twitter and decided to join the fun without second thoughts.

There are a lot of amazing 2019 Asian releases that I just can’t wait to read. Each of those books deserve all the hype in the world. 💛

If you didn’t know, Year of the Asian Reading Challenge is a challenge where you’ll read books written by Asian authors, backlist or new. Also, it is hosted by these lovely book bloggers:

You can visit their blogs for more information about the challenge.

This blog post will serve as my tracker that I will update from time to time with the books I’ve read along with my review link. Also, I’ve decided to aim for Indian Cobra which means reading 11-20 Asian books this year!

So far, here are the books I’ve read:

  1. The Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi
  2. Descendant of the Crane by Joan He
  3. The Bride Test by Helen Hoang
  4. Patron Saints of Nothing by Randy Ribay (review to come)
  5. Stronger Than A Bronze Dragon by Mary Fan
  6. My Fate According to the Butterfly by Gail D. Villanueva (review to come
  7. A Very Large Expanse of Sea by Tahereh Mafi

LET’S TALK!
